Lady-Penelope''s complies with the Distance Selling Regulations.

To return a product you must comply with the following:

• You need to inform me by phone, post, or e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return any product supplied by us.

• Non faulty products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for a refund of product value only. (return postage/carrier cost will be the customers expense).

• Non faulty products returned within 7 days must be in original packaging, unopened and suitable for re-sale.

• Returned goods must contain the invoice we supplied, along with details of customer name,address, telephone number and reason for return enclosed.

What we will refund:

• (Non faulty products) Full sale price charged for product only, subject to the above conditions being met.

• (Faulty products) Product exchange if possible will be offered or a full refund including delivery charges if returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Refunds will only be processed on the safe arrival of the returned item,

Lady Penelope's definition of a faulty item is a product with a manufacturing defect.

Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
